Read the advertisement carefully. In this way you can judge whether the property suits you and whether you agree with the conditions. Enthusiastic? You can sign up for a viewing via the reacting form.

We will respond to the submitted responses with an announcement of all information regarding the viewing, including the date and time. A final invitation will then be sent to the people who respond positively to this the quickest. The number of people per viewing varies, but we apply a maximum of 12 people per time slot. If you are not among the first to respond, we will place you on the waiting list.

Before the next working day 09.00 a.m., if you are interested after the viewing, you can apply definitively for the property. You do this by means of forms you receive from us before the viewing. That same working day, we will notify each applicant, and one will be selected as a candidate tenant.

Are you rejected for the property or did we not find a suitable candidate tenant? We base our selection on the objective conditions mentioned in the advertisement. Think of a candidate-tenant who can offer financial guarantee, has the same starting date in mind as we do and applies with a number of persons that fits the offered accommodation. Do we have several suitable candidates? Then we draw lots the old-fashioned way to make the process as fair as possible.

Are you selected as a candidate tenant? We will send you a detailed email with the most important conditions for our process and your tenancy. If you agree, we ask for a deposit as a confirmation for the next business day. We then get to work verifying the documentation you provide. Do we complete this positively? Congratulations! You may move into your new home on the effective date of your lease and the prepayment will automatically count as (part of the) security deposit.

We will schedule the key transfer on the first working day after the commencement of the contract. During the key transfer, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report of your property.
